2016 was a great year for our Christmas Craft Fair! Over 120 quality vendors pulled in over 3000 visitors. There were the best of the best vendors and we had live music, a Bistro, bake sale, poinsettia sale and much much more!

Vendors from last year have the opportunity to register until March 31st and are then guaranteed their 2016 spot or 1st, 2nd & 3rd preference.. We cannot guarantee a spot unless you had it in 2016. After that date it is first come first serve.

Limit two tables per crafter. We are unable to accept multiple applications. One vendor per table. If you ordered 2 tables please be aware that you have space limitations (see above) If using your own display materials, please be advised that they must fit within space assigned. Tables are assigned when payment and form have been processed.

Information:
- Booths are fitted with a 8 x 2 ½ ft banquet table or two 4 x 2 ft tables with small open space , some have wall space (on request and availability) and electrical outlets. Please bring your own extension cords.
- 2 day booth fee is $150.00 Full refund if request received by September 1st. A 50% refund if request received between October 2nd -31st. No refund after November 1st.
- In order to hold your table from last year payment must be received before March 31. Tables are allotted on a first come first serve basis.
- Volunteers are available to help unload and load; exhibitors must bring own dollies
- Bistro available for refreshments
- Complimentary refreshments available to Crafters until doors open on both days
- You will be supplied with access to WIFI
- 1 day is a limited option, and only for hallway tables (hallway on the way to other vendors in classrooms) $75.00
